Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before use. Wear appropriate safety gear.

  1. Always wear safety glasses and hearing protection.
  2. Keep hands and body clear of the nail exit point.
  3. Disconnect air supply before performing any maintenance or clearing jams.
  4. Do not point the tool at yourself or others.
  5. Use only compressed air; do not use combustible gases.
  6. Ensure workpiece is free of nails, screws, or other obstructions.

WARNING! Failure to follow safety instructions can result in serious injury or death. Keep tool out of reach of children.

Setup & Installation

Connect to a compatible air compressor and load brad nails.

  1. Connect air hose: Attach 1/4" air hose to tool's air inlet. Ensure all connections are tight.
  2. Set air pressure: Adjust compressor regulator to 70-90 PSI for initial testing.
  3. Load brad nails: Depress quick-release latch, slide magazine open, insert nail strip, close magazine.
  4. Test fire: Aim tool at a safe scrap workpiece, press safety tip, and pull trigger.

CAUTION! Always test on scrap material first. Ensure air pressure does not exceed 100 PSI.

Specifications

Controls and Operation

Operate using trigger and safety contact tip. Adjust depth with wheel.

Basic Operation: Connect air supply, load nails, press safety tip firmly against workpiece, then pull trigger. The nail will drive automatically.

Depth Adjustment: Rotate depth adjustment wheel clockwise to drive nails deeper (countersink) or counterclockwise for shallower drive (flush). Test on scrap to achieve desired setting.

Sequential Firing: Tool fires one nail per trigger pull when safety tip is engaged. For rapid firing, release safety tip and trigger between nails.

Loading Brad Nails

Use only 18-gauge brad nails within specified length range.

  1. Disconnect air hose from tool.
  2. Depress quick-release latch on magazine and slide magazine open.
  3. Insert strip of nails with points facing down toward the nose of the tool.
  4. Push nails fully into magazine until they seat against the follower.
  5. Close magazine until latch clicks securely into place.
  6. Reconnect air hose and test fire into scrap material.

Tip: Keep nails clean and free of debris to prevent jams.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Daily: Add 2-3 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet before use.
  2. Weekly: Clean exterior with dry cloth; inspect for damage.
  3. Monthly: Check O-rings and seals for wear; replace if necessary.
  4. As needed: Clear jammed nails using disconnect air, open magazine, and remove obstruction.

CAUTION! Always disconnect air supply before maintenance. Use only recommended lubricants.

Storage

Store in a dry, clean place. Disconnect from air supply.

  1. Release any remaining air pressure from the tool by pulling trigger with air disconnected.
  2. Clean exterior and apply a light coat of oil to metal surfaces to prevent rust.
  3. Store in original case or a protective bag.
  4. Keep out of extreme temperatures and away from children.
