Safety Instructions

  1. Disconnect air supply before loading, clearing jams, or performing maintenance.

Setup & Operation

Connect to air compressor with 1/4" hose. Adjust compressor regulator to 80-100 PSI.

  1. Attach air hose to tool's air inlet. Ensure all connections are tight.
  2. Add a few drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet before first use and daily.
  3. Load appropriate 16-gauge finish nails (see Loading section).
  4. Press safety tip firmly against workpiece, then squeeze trigger to fire nail.
  5. For rapid fire, keep safety tip depressed and pull trigger for each nail.

Tip: Always use an in-line filter/regulator to remove moisture and debris from air line.

Loading Nails

Use only 16-gauge angled finish nail strips compatible with this tool.

  1. Disconnect air supply.
  2. Press magazine release latch and pull magazine open.
  3. Insert nail strip with nails pointing down, angled toward tool body.
  4. Push magazine closed until latch clicks.
  5. Reconnect air supply and test fire into scrap wood.

WARNING! Never load nails with air connected. Keep fingers clear of magazine during closing.

Adjustments

Depth-of-Drive: Turn wheel clockwise to drive nails deeper; counterclockwise for shallower depth. Test on scrap wood.

Exhaust Direction: Rotate exhaust port dial to direct air away from user and workpiece.

No-Mar Tip: Replace if worn or damaged to prevent surface marks.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Disconnect air before maintenance. Daily: Add 3-5 drops pneumatic oil into air inlet. Weekly: Clean exterior with dry cloth; inspect O-rings and seals. Monthly: Lubricate moving parts with light oil.
